How to make a reservation in a fast and safe way?

The best way to make a reservation is to make a phone call to check the availability of a service. (conference rooms in particular), and at this stage a so-called preliminary reservation can be made. The second step is the Ordering Party sending a letter to be confirmed by us in writing as a guarantee of services provided.
